The Breakthrough Breast Cancer Credit Card is very competitive. It's also your opportunity to help us fight breast cancer. When you first use your card, MBNA will pay £5 to Breakthrough Breast Cancer provided you apply online for your card, and £2 for every year you continue to use your card.
